RVA also has the capability to make their own masking and die cuts. This helps with lowering lead times as well as allowing RVA to provide top level intricate masking.

Powder Coating
RVA offers powder coating on a wide variety of products for both commercial and residential accounts.
Liquid Painting
RVA offers wet coat paint on a wide variety of products from metal to various plastics.
High Temp Ceramic
& Gun Coatings
We also offer Cerakote coatings for finishes that require a high temperature finish, such a exhausts and engine components. These coatings prevent corrosion, increase durability and provide thermal insulation. They are available in a variety of colors and finishes. All of these products can withstand temperatures in excess of 1200°F and select coatings can withstand temperatures higher than 2100°F.
Sand & Glass Bead Blasting
RVA is equipped with 2 Automatic Tumble Blasters that allow us to process large volume jobs with a short turn around. RVA also has 4 additional blast cabinets for larger more delicate parts.
Tumble Deburring
RVA has 3 Vibratory Bowls of various sizes to handle any job, at any size. Having a variety of cleaners and specialized media at our disposal allows RVA to deburr, burnish, clean & descale any part.
Clear (RoHS Compliant)
& Yellow Iridite
RVA is a true 1 stop shop for Iridite. Both Yellow & Clear Iridite are offered conforming to MIL-C-5541. RVA has one of the largest Iridite lines in the area.
